Although we focus on residential cleaning, Diligent Maids is happy to clean small business offices as well using our same standard cleaning tasks which we would use in a home, such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping down desks. Diligent Maids’ flat rate cleaning packages offer upfront pricing which is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. The scope of work is limited to tasks included in our cleaning checklist, and the packages assume a standard of size and existing cleanliness.
In rare cases, if your home is much larger than a standard home with the same number of rooms, or if our standard of cleanliness is not met (e.g., if the home has not been cleaned for a long time or if it is occupied by hoarders), our cleaner may need to requote upon arrival.
If you own a normal-sized home and want to know how much your cleaning will cost in advance, and the standardized checklist addresses everything your home requires, then flat rate packages are the best option for you.
These services are paid by the hour, and unlike flat rate packages, they are not limited to the scope of our checklist. During your booking you may choose how many hours you need, starting with a minimum of two, but once our cleaners have completed the selected number of hours, they will not continue cleaning unless you choose to add more.
This service model allows customers more flexibility and the option of requesting specific tasks or areas of the home to be focused on, with the possibility of leaving others untouched.
If you only need certain areas of your home cleaned, have special requests not covered by the checklist, or your home is in severe condition and will require extra time and attention to detail, then hourly services will be the best option for you.
This is intended for regular maintenance to keep a home in clean condition. A certain level of existing cleanliness is assumed. Choose this if your home is cleaned regularly and only needs the basics.
This allows extra time for cleaners to focus on neglected areas of the home. It includes everything on our standard checklist as well as a few extras to bring your home up to a higher level of cleanliness. Choose this if your home needs some extra care or has not been professionally cleaned for 3 months.
This is designed to prepare a home for new occupants and assumes that it will be completely empty. It includes our deep cleaning checklist as well as the inside of the fridge, oven, and cabinets.
This is for homes in extreme condition that need more than what is included in a deep clean. This could include homes with excessive clutter, animal fur, or neglect.
This is for newly built or renovated homes that still have construction debris, dirt, and dust.
