    How do I create a Diligent Maids account?

    When you book your first service, an account will be created for you automatically. Just enter your details, choose your password, and you’ll be all set.

    Do you provide service in my area?

    We service Detroit, MI and the surrounding areas.

    If you’re within one hour of  Detroit, MI you’re good to go.

    What does a standard cleaning include?

    A standard cleaning includes everything necessary to keep a home or apartment clean. We vacuum/mop floors, scrub toilets, dust, and so on. There are some non-standard cleaning items such as inside the fridge or inside cabinets that are not included, but these extras can be added for an additional cost on the booking page. 

    How much will my cleaning cost?

    We offer flat-rate pricing based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home and the service you have selected. On the booking page, select the applicable number of rooms and the price will be shown instantly. 

    Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

    We sure do. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate them if possible. If you prefer that we use green products, just let us know in advance so that we can plan for it.

    What if I need special requests or extras?

    No problem! You can select extras and add comments during your online booking, or you can respond to your confirmation email or log into your account to add comments to an existing booking.

    How do I access my account?

    Visit the customer login page at https://diligentmaids.launch27.com/login and choose “Forgot Password.” You’ll be prompted to enter and email address and follow the steps to reset your password.

    How do I change my login information or password?

    You can request to change your login information or password in the customer area at https://diligentmaids.launch27.com/login.

    How do I reset my password if I’ve forgotten it?

    Visit the customer login page at https://diligentmaids.launch27.com/login and choose “Forgot Password.” You’ll be prompted to enter and email address and follow the steps to reset your password.

    How do I update my home address?

    Visit the customer area by logging into your account at https://diligentmaids.launch27.com/login.

    Once logged in, you will be able to update the address on file.

    How do I update my credit card information?

    Visit the customer area by logging into your account at https://diligentmaids.launch27.com/login. Once logged in, you will be able to update the credit card on file. Please note that your new credit card will be noted as your default payment method automatically.

    How do I schedule my first cleaning appointment?

    You can easily book a cleaning appointment using our online booking form, or you can give us a call if you prefer and we’ll help you book over the phone.

    Pricing & Policies

    How do I view or use my Diligent Maids credits?

    You can view your credits by logging into your account at https://diligentmaids.launch27.com/login and clicking on your name in the top right corner of the page. To use the credits, you should select “redeem voucher” to enter the code, and our system will apply it to your next appointment. Credits and vouchers may not be applied to past services.

    Can I use a gift card or coupon on an existing appointment?

    Of course! Log into your account at https://diligentmaids.launch27.com/login and click on your name, then select “redeem voucher” to enter the code of your coupon or gift card. Our system will automatically apply it to your next appointment.

    Why can only first-time clients use the $20 discount voucher?

    We offer many other incentives to our returning customers, from recurring discounts between 10%-20% off to holiday deals and birthday specials.

    How do I redeem a voucher?

    With most vouchers, you can enter the coupon code directly into our online booking form. If you have any issues with this method, please contact us to let us know.

    How do I refer Diligent Maids to my friends?

    Simply log into your account at https://diligentmaids.launch27.com/login to obtain your referral ID and send it to your friends. If one of your friends books an appointment through your referral ID, you will earn a $25 reward to be applied to future service and your friend will receive a $25 discount.

    Trust & Safety

    How do I know I can trust your cleaners?

    All of our professional cleaners have been interviewed in person and passed a nationwide criminal background check. Only about 10% of the people who apply to work with Diligent Maids are selected.

    What if something goes wrong during my cleaning?

    If something goes wrong, we will do everything in our power to make it right. Please inform us immediately and we’ll be there to fix it. 

    How do I know my billing information is safe?

    We take security very seriously. To ensure that your payment details are kept safe, we have three levels of security in place. First, our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Second, our booking form has its own 256-bit layer of security. And finally, all credit card transactions are processed through Stripe, which has its own security protocol. Because we process payments through Stripe, none of your credit card information is stored with us.

    Do Diligent Maids’ professional cleaners have to pass a background check?

    Yes they do. As the last step in our pre-screening process, all applicants go through a detailed nationwide background check. 

    What is the policy for your 200% Satisfaction Guarantee?

    If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning for any reason, let us know and we will come back for a free re-clean within a 7-day window. If you are still unhappy with your service, we will provide a full refund.

    What is your policy for refunds?

    If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning for any reason, let us know and we will return for a free re-clean within a 7-day window. If you’re still not happy enough to refer us to your friends, we will provide a full refund.
